I want say the Rm buffs are little bit useless.
150Def
150MagicDef
150Atk
gives all 3 rm buffs

Yeah Change in Buffs have to provide Balance for all Classes

My opinion/change for the RM buffs are:
Protect- 50% DEF and 25% MDEF
Holyguard- 50% HP increase
Spirit Fortune- 50% ATK increase
Geburah Tripreth- 25% ATK increase and 25% HP increase
